Gwen Posted February 13, 2010 Report Share Posted February 13, 2010 i was flipping through the ensign one month and in the news section in the back there was a picture of an african village maybe, not sure, but anyway they had just finished drilling a well for the village and the water was spraying up in the air. i got to looking at the picture and the expressions on the ppl's faces at the site of this water. you could see how much it meant to them, they were laughing and crying. when my husband asked why i was crying i felt too silly to explain it. just the combined realization of the kind of work the church does with being reminded that i really do live in a blessed land it just all got to me.
