The_Warrior Posted September 22, 2010 Report Share Posted September 22, 2010 I was wondering what doctrines/teachings are about modern day isolated hunter-gatherer tribes? (nice list in Wikipedia). They all have different languages and most are hostile and appear polytheistic - are these to be descendants of Nephites/Lamenites? What blood line or tribe would they belong to? They will be celestialized if they would have embraced the Gospel in this life, given the opportunity. Even if they are contacted by missionaries before they die (or the 2nd coming occurs), that does not mean they will have necessarily had the opportunity to receive the Gospel.
