Probably a file from family search. Unfortunately, family history is my weak spot in the Church and I really don't know anything about it. eternalpromise516 Posted January 30, 2011 Report Share Posted January 30, 2011 hi kiley! if you've lost the main print-out sheet, you can just go back into New Family Search, then click on the Temple Ordinances tab, and select the name(s) you had already printed out again, then hit something like print, etc. it'll state a general advisory like "some names have always been printed. etc etc etc" just go ahead and print the name(s) out again :) i've had to reprint a couple of sheets before, so i know you'll be fine :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
