dahlia
I'm just curious - can one obtain an audience with Pres Monson the way one might with the Pope? Does he give group audiences - you schedule a day and go in with a group of other people and get a blessing or something? Also, where does Pres Monson live - his own house? Something provided by the church? Top floor of the SLC Temple?
pam
I don't know about the questions in your first paragraph. President Monson owns his own home that he has had for years and years. He is also provided an apartment by the Church Office Building. Last I had heard, he was using it because of his wife's health. I could be wrong about that. I just remember when he was first called as the Prophet, he wanted to remain in the modest home he had lived in for years and years.
