So "not bothering with birth control" has turned into "trying to conceive".

Since there have been recent mommies here, I would like to ask for some first-hand knowledge of exactly what and what not I should be eating/doing.

Eat pineapple around the time you think you're ovulating. The bromelain (sp?) promotes "sticking".

Do your research on what kind of birth you would like now, make a few decisions (or more than a few). It's easier to think with a clear head and read the "dangers" of different birth plans/interventions now than it will be with hormones constantly changing.

I know, not exactly diet but.... lol

Simply go for moderation. There's a lot you can get by with in small amounts, though in my experience I seemed to have better luck conceiving with no caffeine consumption verses moderate caffeine consumption. Also, try to get some full-fat dairy in.

Do your analysis on what type of beginning you would like now, create a few choices. It's simpler to think with a obvious go and study the "dangers" of different beginning plans/interventions now than it will be with testosterone never stand still.

I do love organic. My husband thinks it's silly (he grew up on a ranch and figured you get what you get) but I have no prolbem paying for it (you just cross something frivilous off the shopping list to make up for it).

So... I think I may have experience implantation bleeding...
