I have a kindle fire. I love it. We also have an Ipod touch.

When we first got the kindle in November their internet browser was a little glitchy but since then everything has been smoothed out. It's perfect for watching things on Netflix. I find lots of good books for free on there. I've never paid for a book yet and probably read close to 100 of them.

If I'm going to play a game like bejeweled just to kill some time I prefer the Kindle because the screen is so much bigger. It charges pretty fast and has a decent battery life. It comes with a wall charger which is convenient when you don't have a lap top when you're out and about.
