After you've passed on and you are in the spirit world/prison, can you still be excommunicated?

If so I don't imagine we would be excommunicated for our actions. Because we can't really do much. Which is why we need proxies, for baptism, endowments and eealings.*

But. What about thoughts, that would be actions, if we were able?

I think the answer is no. But still, I'm curiious. Brother Ray

As long as free agency is never taken away the potential to leave God's presence forever will also remain.
