Are you Al Gore?

And where are these LDS families with less then 2 kids? Don't see many of those..

And (part II)...I don't care what Sheryl has to say, I need more then one square, some times I require large multiples of squares.

If I were Algore, I'd have asked for a donation as well!

As for the LDS with less than 2 kids, my point exactly! How dare they add more carbon emitters to the globe! And on top of that, those kids will probably have to learn to share, and do without certain things because their folks can't afford it. What kind of parents tell their kids "no"! They are just selfish...

BTW, I'm NEVER shaking hands with Sheryl!

Want a cat Dror?

I'd love one! Don't want to get kicked out of my apartment, though. *wince*

I thought the same thing Friend

Did you ever hear the story of the sparrows in NT Jerusalem?

The little orphan boys who had no place to live used to live in the cracks of the walls of the Temple and in makeshift tents alone the Temple walls and would survive by lighting torches and following the priest and leaders of the Temple home...lighting their way after the sun went down...The men would then pay the boys 2 pence. these boys were called Jerusalam sparrows. Or: Dror's . They called them that because they were so numerous, and as worthless as the tiny sparrow. This may be one of the reasons Jesus used sparrow as a reference in his sermon on the mount, Because he knew that these lost boys were valuable.

I understand sparrows also represent liberty because they (supposedly) won't survive in captivity. But Jesus' reference is why I use the nickname, because it reminds me that even "the least" is valuable in God's sight, and also because it gives me a sense of His gentleness, looking after even the little birds.

Thanks for the story, Yediyd. :)

Dror

P.S. You're right, it is kinda funny that a 'sparrow' should like cats!

I saw president Spencer W Kimbal when I was a teenager and having fun around the old Hotel Utah. I Knocked on a big door and guess who opened it? I didnt see him with any pets, just a lot of security.
