When to get a Quad

So I've been reading the Book of Mormon and haven't really made much progress (only on Jacob). I take notes and highlight it often. However, I've been wanting to get a quad since I don't have a D&C or Pearl of Great Price. Originally I was planning on reading the BoM in the copy I have first and then get a Quad. I am really attached to the copy I have now.

Though the more I think about it, the more I want a Quad. So I'm thinking, should I wait to finish the BoM before getting all the Standard Works, or should I go ahead and buy one now?

If you want one, get one.

Even if you're not using every book in your personal study, they're good to have to cross-reference, and often we use all of them in church.

Don't tell my home teachers, but most of my motivation in re-reading chapters is when I need to highlight a new copy.

It's probably a good thing that I've moved a time or two and books got damaged in the process.
