LDS Scriptures in Foreign Languages

I have The Book of Mormon in German, but where can I find the German editions of The Pearl of Great Price and D&C?

The online store has a German selection for The Book of Mormon but not for the other scriptures.

The Distribution Center said I'd have to buy the whole triple/quad set which they have in German.

Also, why do they sell the Herder-Bible? I always thought it was a Catholic Bible, and German LDS are encouraged to read the Martin Luther Bible.
