Never follow the wrong voice.

 

The invitation to follow Christ is the most important invitation that we can receive.

 

It is not a passive invitation.  It is addressed to all mankind.

 

Those that are not members receive this invitation by missionaries by being asked to read the Book of Mormon.

 

One who is a member of the church and has accepted that commitment does so each week by following the commandments.

 

Come follow me.

 

The invitation to come unto me and to follow has been the message of the missionaries and has done many people good.

 

As you strive to come to him you will gain the power to relieve life’s burdens whether spiritual or physical.

 

By taking the Savior’s arm and walking with him, Enoch found that his step became firm and he became a great prophet.

 

When we accept the invitation our level of commitment is raised.

 

We will be rewarded with the blessings that we need.

 

Reach out your hand and touch his garment and accept his invitation and say, “Yes Lord I will follow thee.”

 

You will feel the strong desire to succor the weak.

 

Feed the desire to be a better follower of  Christ.

 

Pray for the desire.

 

Persevere in the decision that you have made to exercise these decisions daily.

 

We need to increase our level of worship.

 

“Yes Lord, I will follow thee.”
