pam Posted October 4, 2014 Report Share Posted October 4, 2014 Our journey through life has both good and bad. How we learn to adjust to these changes depends on the foundation of how we live. The Savior is the master teacher. We follow him. The world is crying out for something. It scarcely knows what. Come unto me and I will give you rest. The wicked ways have come through so fast that it doesn’t appear a way to weed them out. How blessed are we as members of the Lord’s church to have the gospel? We should never let the noise of the world overshadow the still small voice. The greatest of all the blessings of the Lord is given to righteous families. The decisions made by women in this generation will have eternal consequences. Fathers give blessings and perform sacred ordinances for their families. Fathers teach sons and daughters the value of work. Fathers set example of faithful gospel service. Being a father is the most important calling. One in which you are never released. A successful parent should never be too busy in a child’s life when an important lesson can be taught. There has never been a time when a child needs a parent more than they need one today. It is upon Christ, the son of God, that we must build our foundations. This is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
