How can loving and serving someone help my testimony?

The topic came up during stake conference, and I found it interesting, so I decided to do some research on the subject.

I think that when you help someone knowing that God wanted you to, it helps you to know that there is a God above who cares about you and who will ask someone to serve you if it is His will.

Those who serve other, helps you to love them. This brings you closer to God and helps us understands how God loves use. Because all we have is giving by a loving God, reminding us of the love and service giving helps us understand what Christ does for us.
