I remember the endowment Covenants because I do sessions often but I forget what other Covenants I've made that I need to keep. I've been baptized confirmed received holy ghost ordained Aaronic priesthood deacon teacher priest received Melchizedek priesthood ordained an elder had initiatory and endowment in temple. Can someone list all the non temple Covenants I've made over my life time that I need to remember to follow please. Even a simple generic list would do.

Baptism

1. Come into the fold of God (become a member of the Church of Jesus Christ).

2. Be called his son or daughter (take upon me the name of Christ).

3. Bear others’ burdens, that they may be light; mourn with those that mourn; and comfort those in need of comfort (help others).

4. Stand as a witness of God at all times and in all things and in all places (testify of Christ and set a good example at all times).

5. Serve God and keep his commandments.

Priesthood

An oath is a sworn affirmation to be true and faithful to one’s promises. A covenant is a solemn promise between two parties. The Aaronic Priesthood is received by covenant alone. Melchizedek Priesthood holders receive the priesthood by unspoken oath as well as by covenant. As priesthood holders are faithful and magnify their callings as God directs, He blesses them. Those who are faithful to the end and do all He asks of them will receive all that the Father has.

Aside from the covenants you made at baptism, and taking upon you the 'oath and covenant' of the priesthood, there are no other covenants outside of those made in the temple.

Baptismal covenants, and by extension the sacrament.

So to take upon you the name of christ, to always remember him, and to always keep his commandments so that you may have the spirit to be with you.

If you are worthy to enter the temple then you have been keeping all non temple covenants.

So having a worthy temple recommend is a good sign then?

Absolutely. As long as you are being honest with the stake president or whoever is doing the interview then you have all your bases covered.
