Finanan, its nice to know your a guy , i thought you were a girl, and Im glad to see men love children. About the birth control, same as a IUD sometimes the egg becomes fertilized but cannot attach to the uterine wall, in other words if the spirit enters the body at conception, and it takes seven days to attach to the wall but the birthcotrol option does not allow it to attach and the egg dies off, does that mean it was a mini abortion? guess depends on what people think,. i on the other hand do belive that would be considerd one, although a lot of people dont research or know about it. An egg can attach and grow to the tube, aka. tubal pregnancy and can kill a woman, but the egg still grows so if it can't attach it dies off. A lot of women including myself have tried the birth control method with pills, patches, rings, or whatever else produces hormones and wonder why they dont want sex. Many women become so depressed they just want to go home to heavenly father, I know i did and got off that stuff fast! then there are women who can take it and have no problem with it. Yesterday I talked with a girl who wants a kid so bad but she thinks if she uses her pills that if it is meant to be it will happen wheather or not she is on b.c. Little does she know it is our agency to chose and if we prevent it then that is what will happen. You have to have faith but you also have to do your part. There are other birth control options out there that are safe and dont make people depressed. so if you find in your life your not the same person, your tired, depressed and do not have an interest in sexual relations with your spouse it may be the birth control you are using. I guess the only birth control you can be using and still get pregnant is punching holes in condoms.. but sad for your spouse who doesnt have that trust in you when he or she finds out haha. I agree children are a gift from god, it is the hardest job to be a parent but the most joyful. It is between husband and wife if they want to use b,c but i would study each option first to really understand what it does to the body before you go on it. Men dont like using the condoms much but if they want some and want a wife who isnt depressed with the hormones * there are other depressiono but im not talking about it right now only the homorne from b.c hormones* im sure they will.

maureen, like I said earlier, I don;t judge people, I realy could care less what they do with their lives when it come to children. I know people out there waiting to adopt but can;t for a long time and mabey if i were one of them then it would be hard to see people not wanting any,. but that is not my case. Ive been through hell the last couple of months and really youcouldnt tell me anything that would make me hate or judge you, to know your not perfect makes me love you more. I love my sister * in law and thats her decision, plus my brother going into med school is kinda kid himself so she has a lot to do lol jk

Shan, I wasn't saying that those who aren't lds don't get blessings, That is so false. I dont pay my tithing to REcieve blessings ethir, i do it cause I know its a commandment from the Lord. In return our blessings bloom. Every person is god's children and as long as they are doing what is right, they and this country will be blessed. AS for the stay at home mom that is my personal choice, i dunno what i would've done without my mom staying home. I loved teaching at daycare and i loved those children, i just think it was sad when they told their moms they wanted to go "home" meaning the daycare and see their teacher. But those that have to work then they have to and I hope things are ok, i know not everyone has that oppurtinity and i hope that they have good providers, and are doing ok becasue that would be way hard i take my hat off to them, and if they do have the oppurtinity but dont do it casue its "boring " sometimes and don't take it one day i think they will wake up when their kids are gone and see what was more important in their lives.

Well maureen, that is your own descision, but i have two children and my husband is going to school still, we are fine and i wouldn't trade what i have in life right now for anytihng,. And no im glad we had them when we did i dont regret it or regret being married young like a lot of people think. If you want to wait till your done with school go ahead, my sister is doing that so she can put her husband through school, she says it will be a shock to stop working when she has her kids and she will def. be in a wake up call. I am a mother of two and when i first had my first child my husband wasn't making a lot of money, but i knew that i wanted to make sure i raised my child and not someone else, i used to work in a daycare and i saw very sad things, and no they arent all bad but i still wanted to be that stay at home mom like the prophet wanted us to, ssatan attacks families and that is a start. im not saying anything is wrong with working mom's that would be a hard job expessially single mothers. ANyways i remember ethir payin g rent or tithing, we paid tithing and I said ok lord i know that something is going to happen before friday. I dont think this always happens to people but i went to get the mail and there was as 100 dollar check from our college, and then his rich sister called and asked if he could come fix some applainces and she would pay him. Things work out differently and it is for the person , there were many times when my husband was looking for a better job and i know for a fact by giving the Lord HIS money back that we would get in return a blessing, wheterh we relized it or not. We dont always count the blessings in life, my blessings are my family, the clothes we have the food we have and the home we live in, many people in the hurricane all they were grateful for was their families were alive! WE dont own anything here it is all GOd's why can't we pay him a little bit, its not the money he wants it is the faithful servant.

Sorry if it is mispelled my kids are trying to type as well. I am 3 out of 7 and I love kids to death , i loved babysitting all the time. THe oldest are twins and so i was pretty much stuck with the babysitting, and housework I used to call myself Cindy for cinderella, but i wouldn't trade anymoment of it. With a big family we were also taught for christmas that we didnt have a lot and when we didnt get much or gave to someone else ,. those were the best xmas's. Now my husband has 8 and he is number 6 he doesnt want a huge family he feels like he got the shaft when they had him so i guess it all depends.

people, people, people, I grew up in a large family would't change it. but that doesnt mean i want a LARGE family, but I do want more kids then i have now. I have two. Also its nobody's buisness if they decide they want their kids close or not, in the next life we only have family,. but yes i think you should be able to provide all aspects of emotional, spiritual, physical, and mentally for each child. the church does talk about puttin off children for school and other such is a sin .. dont believe me? read the miricle of forgivness by spencer w,. kimball. and you say you dont judge people for having a lot of kids, but sure sounds like we are..

I like how there are services in the church to help every need. We are here to help each other, and service is a good way to start!
