I am sure many of you have seen all these "be like bill" memes that are now flooding Internet and facebook.
Today when i came home from church i made my own version. What do you think? :) Feel free to use it and spread it if you want. And for those of you who are not familiar with "be like Bill" you can read here: http://www.boredpanda.com/be-like-bill-funny-meme-comic/

Today felt really good! No bad feelings afterward! I kept feeling the spirit. One of the high priets drove me home. He is also my home teacher and now he is moving to Stockholm to become temple president there! He and his wife stayed with me and talked for a long time. That probably helped too.

Thanks for your replies. I am probably more of an introvert. We'll see how it feels tomorrow after church.

I agree with Pkstpaul, it could be physical.
I also wonder, do you live alone? Are you an extrovert that enjoys being with other people then feel let down when you are alone?
Or maybe you are an Introvert who is exhausted by 3 hrs of social time?
I'm just saying there are many possibilities. :)
Yes i live alone and i enjoy peace and quiet, but i don't find it exhausting to go to church. I talk to people there. And at work too. But yes i prefer peace and quiet and i have no need to have lots of action and social life on my spare time..

Are you doing uplifting things when you get home?
I guess i just do everyday things. About the food theories - then i guess fasting is really bad in this case? If you think hunger triggers it?

Well the headline pretty much says it all. Even if i really enjoyed church, when i get home i often get depressed or tempted to do bad stuff. It is pretty obvious it is the adversay, right? Trying to break my spirit!
What can i do about this? Just the "usual" - pray and read scriptures?
Does anyone else have this problem?
