  1. In my opinion, fruits juices are not healthy and good as fresh juices. Fresh mean it have bundle of vitamins and minerals. and in fruits juices there are less vitamins and minerals. Vitamins are essential for the healthy body tissues and cells. It build strong muscles and bone... I always use fresh fruits instead of fruits juices...
  2. You should take a rest but do some simple work out at home because it help to maintain your stamina. it you not do that you are going to laziness.. I think you have to do some thing in home
  3. Read books, listen song and do some work out. By reading book you fell that you are going to tired and then go to bed for sleep... Don't take tea because tea destroy sleep habits...
  4. Weight is reduce by doing simple and meaning full exercise in the morning. Use fruits and vegetables mostly, It help to maintain the body figure and build strong muscles. Use water mostly about 8 to 10 glasses. neglect all the fat and oily items
