So, how would you start working to resolve this problem? Easy, cool the deserts and get some vegetation growing on them as soon as possible. But the method is much more complex than that. You have to use the prevailing trade winds in relation to the deserts to get the best results as quickly as possible and it will be extremely expensive.
Then we build desalination plants along the coast near these water sheds and pipe water to the tops or ridges of the water sheds
This will do a number of things. First, it will increase the moisture in the desert soil so that it will develop water tables and water will begin to run in the streams. This water will increase the amount of vegetation in the area and decrease the amount of heat being generated by sun light cooling the watered area and all areas down wind of the watered area. As more available water evaporates, it will cool the air and reflect more sun light back out into space cooling the area even more. Cooler and more humid air will have less of a heating effect on areas down wind and will reflect more sun light back into space in those areas cooling areas we won't be watering yet. Cooler and more humid air will also have less of a warming effect on our seas and oceans.
Rain water running off of cooler soil will decrease the heating effect on our oceans and our planet crusts which will decrease catastrophic storm activities for other areas and seismic activity for the entire planet. Also, returning more ocean water to the surface and aquifers of our continents will lower the sea levels providing more usable land for us to farm and build on.
With cooler desert areas and increasing vegetation, less water will evaporate from our deserts increasing the amount of surface water even more and increasing the amount of vegetation and animal life by huge amounts because deserts currently take up more than 20% of our land surface. Populations will be able to spread out and there will be less competition for existing land areas.
This strategy has to be done in steps with the first step being to begin slowing the rate at which our global warming is increasing. We need to focus on that until we have brought it to a point to where the temperature is not increasing any more and is reasonably stable. While we are doing this, we need to come to a global consensus of just how cool we want to cool our planet down to. If we cool it down too much, we will begin to have devastatingly harsh winters in large populated areas and even cause an ice age to set in.
Then we begin cooling the planet down to a point which will be most beneficial for all countries or the planet as a whole. We need to gradually bring the temperature down because there may be a lag effect in which the planet will continue cooling after we stop increasing our efforts to cool it off more. We may even want to stop cooling the planet once or twice before we reach our targeted temperatures to see if there is a lag effect
We need to start working on this as soon as possible because, if the planet reaches a point to where it is warming faster than our technology can possibly stop or reverse this warming trend, then our planet is lost and all life will cease to exist on this planet within a relatively short period of time. We will need to start with the largest and hottest deserts because cooling them will have the greatest benefit in the least time. (Global Warming II by biologist Carl Cantrell). -

Maybe you already know this, but the number three symbolizes divinity (as in the Godhead) and four symbolizes things of the earth. The product of the two is 12. The number 12 in the Bible symbolizes faith (just as the number seven symbolizes perfection and the number 40 symbolizes many).
In this case, as Zil mentioned King David organized singers and musicians in groups of 12. I don't know why the writer just didn't say that all the groups were 12 rather than repeating it each time, but the Bible is quite repetitive at times. So, likely the number twelve was used to symbolize hymns of faith sung and played by the singers and musicians. As to the number 24, I don't know why and it would be hard to decipher since it could be something simple or symbolic.

For the next ten or so years this could be done for economic reasons but eventually..... (perhaps by 2067 the next Jubilee year) .... this Exodus could be done in fear because as more and more and more of the Holy Spirit is poured out... there is also an increase of the darkness, (the gates of hell are opened as well).
Israel is about to become one of the safest places in all the world for Jews to live and the present mess is actually setting up something really good.

Latter day Saint articles on history are so intellectually honest and objective that you are uniquely set up to do films in the present that address issues in the present but you do so by addressing and dramatizing what happened in the past. One of the time periods that has enormous potential is the Worgl Austria Local Money experiment that was replicated in over a thousand communities in the USA during the Great Depression.
It would be theoretically possible to imagine a group of Latter day Saint missionaries.... coming to Nova Scotia, Canada in 1939.... they do up a version of a local currency in order to organize part of the financing for a film production company or cooperative in which local fishermen and fisherwomen go out with their fishing boats and meet the M. S. St. Louis and smuggle nine hundred and seven Jewish refugees into the Nova Scotia of 1939. This could also be set in Florida... or Maine.

The Indian slave trade as previously mentioned, was an established practice long before the Mormons arrived in Utah.
In 1851, the brother of Ute Chief Walkara, decided to go to Provo, confront the Mormons and force them to buy slaves. When the early members refused, he went into a rage telling them they didn’t have the right to stop Don Pedro Leon Lujan from buying children unless they were willing to do it themselves.
Daniel W. Jones (Mormon pioneer and who started the first translations of the BOM into Spanish) recorded:
“Several of us were present when he took one of the children by the heels and dashed his brains out on the hard ground. He then threw the body toward the Mormons and told them that if they’d had a heart, they would have purchased the child instead.” (The Other Slavery: The Uncovered Story of Indian Enslavement in America, Andres Resendez)
Solomon F. Kimball stated: “The red men were not long in learning that the Saints were a tender hearted people and could not witness such scenes without sympathizing to the uttermost with those who were being tortured”. (The Effects of Spanish Slavery on the Indians of the Intermountain West, Carling Malouf & A. Arline Malouf).
John Young described one of the children they were able to save: “She was the saddest little piece of humanity I have ever seen, they had shingled her head with butcher knives and fire brands. All the fleshy parts of her body, legs and arms have been hacked with knives, then fire brands had been stuck into the wounds. She was gaunt with hunger and smeared from head to foot with blood and ashes.” (Memoirs of John R. Young, Utah Pioneer, 1847)
Even though Mormon pioneers opposed the practice, Brigham Young saw it as an opportunity to save them from death and starvation. He stated that these children were so emaciated that they were not able to stand upon their feet. He also mentioned that Ute Chief Walkara was in the “habit of tying them out from his camp at night, naked, and destitute of food unless it is so cold, he apprehends they would freeze to death”. (The Whites Want Everything: Indian-Mormon Relations 1847-1877 ) So he encouraged early members to buy Indian children, particularly those who were on the verge of death.
Brian Q. Cannon noted that Mormons bought slaves for a variety of reasons: Some early members wanted to buy these children because they felt they needed to be “civilized” and wanted to convert them to Mormonism (and Anglo-Americanized). Child slaves soon became a vital source of labor for early settlers. They traded these children with other members or even gave them as gifts. Orson Pratt stated that “the Lord has caused us to come here for this very purpose that we might accomplish the redemption of these suffering degraded Israelites.” (Journal of Discourses Volume 9: Salvation of the House of Israel to Come Through the Gentiles).
At least one of these minors, Sally Pidash Young, was indentured by Brigham Young himself. There is anecdotal evidence that suggests that these children were not always treated equally. Some were treated as children of the family and others were exploited and mistreated. They worked as servants for long hours and were not taught how to read or write. They also slept separately from the rest of the family.
Brigham Young was aware of this and advocated the passage of the Act for the Relief of Indian Slaves and Prisoners of 1852 which allowed Utah residents to become guardians of Indian minors for up to 20 years. Even though it was not the ideal outcome, it provided some sort of legal protection towards these children since part of the agreement was to ensure that they were clothed "in a comfortable and becoming manner" and receive an education.
Some members and historians argue whether or not the church is guilty for engaging in the Indian slave trade. The following is not to justify the activity; however, true motives of why some early Mormon settlers started to engage in the practice shouldn’t be ignored. Despite the controversy, Young himself was opposed to Indian slavery.
In his address to the Utah Territorial Legislature in 1852 he stated the following:
“It is unnecessary perhaps for me to indicate the true policy for Utah in regard to slavery...When human flesh is to be dealt as property; it is not consistent or compatible with the true principals of government. My own feelings are that no property can or should be recognized as existing in slaves, either Indian or African.
No persons can purchase them [Indians] without their becoming as free, so far as natural rights are concerned, as persons of any color; under the present law and degraded situation of the Indian Race, so long as the practice of gambling away, selling and otherwise disposing off their children, as also sacrificing prisoners, occurs among them, it seems indeed that any transfer would be to them a relief and a benefit…
This may be said to present a new feature in the traffic of human beings; it is essentially purchasing them into a freedom instead of slavery; but it is not the low, servile drudgery of Mexican slavery, to which I would doom them, not to be raised among beings scarcely superior to themselves but where they could find that considerations pertaining not only to be civilized but humane and benevolent society.” (Address to the Utah Territorial Legislature, 1852)
I so thank you for covering this aspect of Latter day Saint and American history.
What you have written seems to me to set L.D.S. film producers up to use films produced in the present and the future to address issues facing us now and in the future. For example as machines and Artificial Intelligence replace more and more workers some variation of ART is one way to create new types of careers.

One of the events of 1939 that could be tied in with L.D.S. church history is the M. S. St. Louis Saga.
The close relationship that Latter day Saints have had with Jews sets you up beautifully to really do something with the idea of a new time line where perhaps fishermen and fisherwomen meet the M. S. St. Louis and take the nine hundred and seven Jewish refugees to either Florida or perhaps Nova Scotia, Canada.
I really like how L.D.S. church history does not attempt to blame events of the past entirely on non Latter day Saints.

It was clear enough that God’s “heaven-music” was ever-present as a permeating reminder of the purity and power in its Creator. As God’s methods of communication are headlined by music, even so is Satan’s method of distorting its language to deceive through his “rock”! Jesus had clearly implied already that one of his final missions would be to destroy the very “works of the devil” which include all music that fails to honor the Lord. Messiah promised to destroy any disharmonies which Satan uses to lure and deceive innocent children into the pits of hell!
The music around me suddenly seemed louder. I rushed to a nearby tree and grasped its trunk to my ear: it was “singing.” I lifted my right elbow to my head; it too emitted the same joyous, beatless melody. Excitedly I stopped to pick some flowers, and found them already in my hand. They too were “playing” the tune.
This particular near death experience has some predictions that causes many Christians to think that Dr. Richard Eby was a false prophet.. but I personally think that his NDE account is evidence that hints at Applied Multiverse Theory which would correspond with non - linear time which might help to explain hidden meaning in Ezekiel chapter thirty seven, Romans chapters nine, ten and eleven and Revelation chapter twenty.

I suspect that when the fallen angel Azazel returns to the God of Abraham with his whole heart...when Yom Kippur is completely fulfilled....then a major step will have been taken toward the ushering in of a truly new era of worldwide peace where even the eating habits of wild animals like lions will be altered! -

The bank won the court case, and the mayor was ordered to shut down the local currency, which he did, under threat of imprisonment. Factories closed, and once again, the people starved.
Alternative Currency in the U.S.
Irving Fisher, an American professor of economics at Yale University, visited Worgl before the local currency was suppressed and witnessed the ‘miracle’ firsthand. When he returned to the United States, Fisher spread the word by traveling and lecturing across the country, advocating the use of the Worgl ‘scrip’ everywhere. Inspired by his vision, hundreds of communities began issuing their own currency, and by 1934 there were over 1,000 local communities using ‘scrip’ throughout the U.S.
Every one of these communities experienced a tremendous rejuvenation of their local economies. They thrived while others suffered. Fisher then met with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, proposing the implementation of government-sanctioned local ‘scrip’ in every community in America. When FDR consulted with his top financial advisors and bankers, however, he was advised to shut all the ‘scrip’ systems down, which he did. Instead, he borrowed large amounts of money from bankers, at interest, and used it to pay for the Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the other work-creation projects, which collectively came to be known as the ‘New Deal.’ So ended the last widespread use of a local currency within the U.S.
This pattern of economic collapse and re-emergence of local currencies has occurred thousands of times in many parts of the world. When these currencies have failed or have been suppressed, banks have not always been to blame. Sometimes, local currencies fail because they have been badly designed or implemented. Sometimes, people lose interest in them when the mainstream economy recovers. But they have always returned in one form or another during times of economic failure.

Well..... I certainly am in an interesting situation at the moment I must admit......
I am facing not being able to return to work on December 1, 2021 but I was given the option to take

I want to sell the following concept for one dollar to one hundred Latter day Saints with a background in medicine who are willing to work with the local LDS wards in the area where the doctor lives who is in this film. (One hundred Latter day Saints each owning one percent of the voting shares in the film production cooperative). An interesting spin on this would be to have one hundred LDS women and members of the LDS Relief Society that is the largest women's organization of that type on earth.
A physician in Texas reports treating over three hundred high risk patients who already had COVID 19 with hydroxychloroquine ..... AND SHE LOST ZERO OF THEM!!!!!!!!
You need to know the specific dosages that she used for these patients.
You need to know the dosages of the other treatments that she combined the hydroxychloroquine with. If I remember correctly zinc was one of them.
I want to use the LDS because I am kind of amazed by the level of organization that they have and to the degree that I keep running into Latter day Saints through the internet even on these discussion forums and...... the Latter day Saints did do an astonishing amount of relief work after Hurricane Katrina.... that is just a fact of history. My theory is that we Christians squabble too much with each other over doctrinal differences because we feel that proving that our denomination has the best doctrines is the key to taking in more tithes and offerings......... I plead guilty..... I feel I was guilty of doing that myself from 1972 to 1991..... and then I started reading near death experience accounts and began to look at all of this differently........
