For two weeks now I have been waiting to get a reply to two e-mails, sent to staff here, regarding my post "You Would Hate Me If You Knew Me" on the Advice Board. I have been rudely ignored.

My post has an arrow to the left of the title. What does that mean? If it means my post was moved, to where was it moved? I have asked that and get no response! To the right of my post there are dashes under "last post" "replies" and "views". What do the dashes mean? Again, I have asked and have gotten no response!

Does this ignoring of my questions mean that I am truly hated? Among "good" Mormons!

It angers me to be ignored and to be treated with disdain.

Sorry for your feelings of being ignored.....please remember we all do the best we can here....its all voluntary and we are not perfect. Not sure who you sent messages to but I did not get one. Having said that I believe the poster above me just pointed out where your thread is at. Thanks for being here and for your patience...:)

You have not been rudely ignored nor have you been treated with disdain. I am one of the two people that get these requests for answers. If you knew how many we receive per day and have to sift through. Many times the questions are not even about this site. But we try and answer or refer the question to the appropriate site or people.

But I am a volunteer. I have a full time job and have a family as well. While I do the best I can to get through them sometimes it does take time. I apologize for the delay.

I too am a head moderator and have not received a Personal Message or request for information. Most people send their requests for information to the Moderator Team and there are plenty of us to answer your question.

Most people would just put a post up and say "Hey did anyone see my thread" Not accuse people of being rudely ignored or treated with disdain by "Good Mormons".

Not to confuse. There is a request for action link people can use that enables them to ask questions as to why a function doesn't work or any other questions. As in the case of the OP. These do not go to the moderators or head moderators nor fall under the moderator or head moderator realm of responsibility.

Didn't want people to start sending all their questions to the moderators but to continue to use the proper link and protocal.
