Go to The Runner's World 8-Week Beginning Runner's Training Program

This is an excellent 8 week program designed to get you running two miles at a comfortable 30 minute pace. Then you can move on to their Smart Coach tool for a more customized workout program. Let me know how it works out!

Go to runnersworld.com. Click on the TRAINING link at the top of the page. Click on BEGINNERS on the left side of the page and then click on GETTING STARTED. About half way down the page you will find the link "Beginner's Training Program".
