Do any of you have one in mind and how are you planning to keep it.

I kept last years witch was to read the Ensign cover to cover all year.

I was able to do that by taking it along in my purse so any down times I could always pull it out, Doctor’s office waiting for meetings to start and so on.

I grow a lot this year from doing that and helping with ward mission leaders.

I go with my husband and the elders to teach.

My testimonies grow in ways I never thought I had the capacity to grow.

This year it is health issues with my husband and myself. As we have grown older new challenges have arose during both our physicals this fall so that is more of a must have then a resolution.

I will continue to read the Ensign cover to cover since it has become such a part of me.

But I am looking for ideas so fire away don't forget to tell us how you plane on following though with it.

Regarding New Year's resolutions, I found the following quote to be quite humorous:

"Now there are more overweight people in America than average-weight people. So overweight people are now average. Which means you've met your New Year's resolution." - Jay Leno, US comedian & television host (1950 - )

I don't plan to add dieting to my list of New Year's resolutions, since I am in the average. :-)

If overweight people are now average then why cant the stores carry my size that is not the color black and purple.

What is with those designers I don't want to look like Barney in morning.

All of the men (and pets) have been trained at my house. The last thing I need at this point is a male trainer (whether or not I look like Barney). I'll just dig out all my old Richard Simmons' videos instead. ;-)

My son was a personal trainer for a couple of years.  He said January was the best commission month for him for the entire year.

I teach water fitness classes, and likewise, we always saw our biggest numbers in January and February. By March, you knew who would be sticking around the rest of the year, LOL

My New Year's Resolution for the year? I think I'm going to go the route of Sgallan, Pushka and Lindy...no New Year's resolutions for me. That usually makes for a happier me because then I don't look back on the past year, and look at all the stuff I didn't accomplish. If I set no resolutions, I can look back and say "look at all this stuff I did accomplish, but didn't plan too", It makes me feel much better...

My New Year's resolution would be to make fun of anybody who breaks theres.  February is going to be a busy month for me.

Well I can see someone’s mother did not teach you enough about manners.

I have a saying for remarks like that,

“Some Peoples Children” :angry2:

I just want to stay on top of things this year, I feel pumped by the fact I keep last years. I was just hoping some of you had so decent ideas to set goals for our self’s.

I’m a bit disappointed.
