pam Posted October 3, 2010 Report Posted October 3, 2010 (edited) Disregarding what we know to be right whether through laziness or rebelliousness always brings undesirable and spiritually damaging consequences. When it comes to the gospel we must not respond with laziness or rebelliousness. We can’t justify just because “everyone else is doing it.”We find healing and relief only when we bring ourselves to the feet of the great physician – Jesus Christ. bl8tant Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 This might have been my favorite talk of the entire conference. I hope we'll be hearing more from Elder Kearon in the future. Quote
pam Posted October 7, 2010 Author Report Posted October 7, 2010 I must admit. I could sit and listen to him all day. I loved his accent. Quote

I loved his accent. If you like accents, you should jump on iTunes and grab the free "Coffee Break Spanish" or "Coffee Break French" podcasts. The instructors have really heavy Scottish accents, and they're a blast to listen to. Quote
MrShorty Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 I really liked his talk as well. His experience with the scorpion was a good way to illustrate the principles he was trying to teach. Quote
