arwenmark Posted October 10, 2011 Report Posted October 10, 2011 Hello everyone. I joined the church in 1962 at the age of ten my family all converted at that time, except my sister who had joined earlier. I have been inactive for about 30 years. and only recently returned to the church. In fact while I watched conference a week ago, this Sunday was my first actual time back at what would have been Sacrement meeting but was in fact Fast and Testimony meeting. I used to be at one time a coucellor in the Relief Society where I was living and I also ran a food storage store for a while. I just recently got back into food storage and preparredness. I have been dehydrating my little heart out. Canning, vacuum sealing, the works. This past Saturday was my first trip to the Cannery in Worcester to get some things. We canned milk, Husband sure looked cute with his apron, hair net and beard snood. Looked like he was going to perform surgery. LOL I have five children only 3 of which were ever baptized and non are active. So I feel a lot of guilt over that. I am working my way back through repentance and keeping the covenants that I made. It was nice to find this forum. Quote
