I'm coming to this discussion kinda late (beginning of term), but I just want to add that with the proselytizing of the Church, you are going to have a lot of converts that will never be missionaries. I understand that some here understand that not everyone can serve, but I get the feeling that many of these young girls would not marry a convert who hasn't served a mission.

With the rate of conversion, there are going to be a lot of single girls out there if they can only marry a RM and not a decent convert who is "good enough to pay tithes."
