In Spanish, if you ask for someone to lend you a "pene" ("PAY-nay") instead of a peine ("PAY-ee-nay"), you have not asked for them to lend you a comb... you have asked for them to lend you their... "male organ".

In German, it is very easy to mistake the number 20 (Schweitzig) for the male organ (Schwanzig) Go ahead...try it! In English, don't you love how every one says "Patree- article" for a Patriarchal Blessing?
