I did check out the mturk site, it looks like it might have some potential.

microworkers.com is another website I found.

tongal.com is another one I found that pays VERY well, but it's very competitive.

Also if they ask you to send money before working..it's probably a scam.

Yes sometimes its a scam. But not always. You work before you get your paycheck, right?

What I didn't understand about my neighbors situation is that she used the whole house payment. Why not do something smaller, see if they reimburse. Let the company earn some trust.... AFTER doing more homework about them.

I wonder who pays people to post spam... like what we get on the forum on a practically daily basis?

Most of them are automated, some using very complex programs to automatically get around common bot checking techniques (like captcha).

The people that run the domains that are embedded within the spam either write the programs themselves or rent them out from other people. It must be financially worth doing otherwise we'd have seen an end to spam a long time ago.

A couple of my inlaws do part time work at home for leapforce. I believe you can only do it from within the US, so it depends on where you live of course, but I've heard some good things about it.

Like all companies that operate in this fashion, expect to dedicate an awful lot of time to it in order to earn anything close to a reasonable wage. They also expect you to be fairly internet savvy, and you have to take some tests before they will accept you.

Just_A_Girl did medical transcription. She was trained through a company called CareerStep (we know it's legit becaue my brother-in-law took a job there a couple years later). I think it was about a $1500 investment. She got a job pretty easily and only quit after our first baby learned to walk (kids kept needing too much attention).

My SIL did this for years, but with new technology the transcription services don't have the work they used to. :(

What do you make/sell?

I went offline in June because of remodelling downstairs, which is my creative work space but I make high-end infant couture headbands that range from $25 to $35, and Indonesian door hangings that range from $65 to $80. I also started doing digital work via Photoshop, and sell custom graphic packages between $10 and $99.

Hi,

Yes most of the online jobs are a scam. But if you know a little bit Internet Marketing you can earn through the famous system " Work from no home" by Pen Joon, a popular Click Bank affiliate. Here's a review I've gone through about the system. Hope this should work for you !
