Hi I recently did my genealogy and have a lot of names to take the temple. I am going on the Youth Temple Trip tomorrow and was wondering how much names should I take? I was planning to do some more names this fall when I am out at BYU-I.

I would talk to your YWs leader. She will have an idea how many names everyone will be doing. She will also know if you should bring names that other youth can do for you.

If you can't reach her, take them all. If they don't get done this time they can be done next time.

Then bring them all. She might not know because she doesn't know how many names anyone else will be taking. Its highly likely that all your names will get done that night (unless every youth in your ward has just as many names).

You'll have a great experience. :)

I'm the only one bringing names:) I'm just going to bring 40 names (20 girls and 20 boys).

All of them? Well, I guess the rest of us can sit back, then.

You're going to be pretty pruned after the first couple million baptisms, though.

Only 40? we had one member that brought 200 to the Youth Trip, they did them all.

Whoa, that is awesome! It was actually good that I brought 40 names since we only had 6 females and 2 males that came and were proxies.
