applepansy Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 The exhibit is at the BYU Museum. It was worth the 2 hour drive. We took our grandson and because we don't own an Ipad, we paid $3 to rent...times 3. Definitely worth it. Hubby know wants to buy and Ipad so that we can have the pictures of the paintings and the program at home.SacredGift.byu.eduThe app is free. The exhibit is free. The only cost is travel and the rental for an Ipad. You really should go.BTW, we counted billboards along the Wasatch Front on the way down. Quote

pam Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 We had our office Christmas party there at the museum. We had the museum to ourselves. Catered dinner and then a private showing of all of the artwork by the director of the museum himself. The paintings are absolutely amazing. Pictures I've seen for years and years and and a little hard to comprehend that they were painted so long ago. It was quite the experience. Quote
applepansy Posted March 8, 2014 Author Report Posted March 8, 2014 That would be amazing Pam.Hubby and I are going to try to go back down this month. We thought the exhibit, a temple session and dinner would be a great date. Quote
