Personally speaking, one would think that someone with his degree of political experience would know better than to not inquire about a jurisdiction's minimum distance regulations. As part of it, the main facility used by Westboro Baptist maps out to a pokemon gym, a facility where people can have their critters battle each other. The current top champ down at Westboro is using a "Clefairy"-type critter named "LOVEISLOVE". As you can imagine, the Phelps aren't too happy... Why would he care? He got away with "it" so often that he knows that no laws or rules apply to him. And he's not the only one in the clan who knows the same things.
