Probably not because a true follower of Jesus will be obedient by habit of choice. If we have a tendency to rationalize and justify obedience man's laws then we're probably doing the same to God's laws. It is known what the duty and expectations of the speed limit is and we know it is the law therefore we obey. " Let no man break the laws of the land, for he that keepeth the laws of God hath no need to break the laws of the land."
