In today's society it would be someone that follows all of the teachings of the LDS church but without actually getting baptized. Therefore the word "DRY" indicates never having been dunked.

I guess that 'Bisquick Mormon' would apply to me for the time being. I'm waiting for the time that the missionaries and the mission president interview me. I wonder when that will be...oh well. It'll happen.
