There is close to 40% more snow pack currently than there was at this same time in the 80’s that brought major flooding and turning Main street in SLC into a river. The Traveler Quote

The Traveler I will pray, and pray that the State will do all they can to minimize the damage. Sadly prayer cannot stop Spring and Summer temps that will melt the snow. Did the State take measures to redesign and build based on what happened in the 80's? This is my prayer, that they have done what is needed to limit the damage, and flooding. They have certainly gotten federal funds to do so, I just hope they spent the money for what it was earmarked for...God bless you, and be safe. Quote
