Palerider Posted January 1, 2008 Report Posted January 1, 2008 I know that. How would you?You hadn't experianced it, and because I am young, you just assume the problem is with my immature mind and not with my experiances.I would never think that.... :) Quote
pushka Posted January 2, 2008 Report Posted January 2, 2008 A person may find it easier to do what Pale (I think it was he!) suggested one can do...Cease to attend, but do not have your name removed from the records and request that you have no visitors, then if you change your mind at a later date, and want to attend again, you don't have all the extra explaining to do... There have been times during the last 25 years since I last attended the LDS Church, that I wished I'd previously become a member, so that once I'd left I could still maintain a friendship at least with the members who still attended the church, maybe I would have been persuaded to start attending the church again by now... Princess3dward Posted January 2, 2008 Report Posted January 2, 2008 No. That is okay. I am getting a lot of support and help with writing my letter, and I am excited about my exit story which I will include with my letter. Quote
