Jogging at sunrise or sunset?This is a tough one...depends on the place. usually I run before sunrise cuz I wake up early to run. but I'm gonna say if I was back in my hometown SUNSET. cuz you can run around the neighborhood and smell everybody cooking good food, then get back take a shower and eat lol water or gatorade?!
