NateHowe
I would have been happy about any organization of the First Presidency, but I am especially excited about Elder Uchtdorf's appointment as second counselor. It's good to hear voices with various accents preaching the Gospel, and I believe he will open doors which may be closed to some Utah-born Church leaders. Canuck Mormon
I was surprised by Uchtdorf's calling. I like it, I was just surprised. I think he is a great man who has a wonderful ability to speak to the heart of the matter. He reminds me a little of Monson at a younger age, and with a German accent.
