HaggisShuu Posted March 18 Report Posted March 18 (edited) Here are some shots of the cherry shrimp from my tank. I have 2 nano tanks, a 7 litre and a 25 litre. (I know in America you probably use gallons but I'm too lazy to google the conversion rate, because for some reason the UK gallon and US gallon are different, but that's a topic for another post.) I've become enamoured with youtube videos of people setting up "filterless, low tech aquariums." As they look very cool, and I want a go at making an aquarium jar for breeding daphnia to feed to my fish. This is not pleasing for the Mrs, she already thinks 2 tanks is too many. NeuroTypical Posted March 18 Report Posted March 18 Nice. We did a fish tank once when the kids were younger. You've not done a tank until you've got one of these: If you're like me, you'll have to endure your wife reminiscing about when we were dating. HaggisShuu 1 Quote

When we next move, we've discussed getting a 250-300 litre big boy tank. Would need it for one of these! Quote
zil2 Posted March 18 Report Posted March 18 You've probably already seen them, but this guy's videos are really good, IMO - though I'm watching them as relaxing entertainment, not instructional videos. Still, he does include a lot of setup info... https://www.youtube.com/@FootheFlowerhorn/videos Quote
