For me it comes down to children. Let's say you two get married and have children. What do you teach them, his beliefs or your own? Clearly you cannot teach both. Would you then choose to teach them nothing, thus minimizing the chance of them having any religious teaching? As a parent I want my kids to learn the same truths I hold dear, and if I had married someone of differing beliefs it would make this difficult. Being in a relationship with someone of the same faith does not imply that those of other faiths are less important. It only makes for continuity in the family.

This matter calls for us to be better missionaries than we've ever been. The more people who understand the plan of salvation, the fewer abortions we'll have. Of course nobody can force another to not have an abortion, but if you want to have a hand in the reduction, share your testimony.

This is a sign that someday Canadia may be a real country.

Nothing. Nobody is going to change unless they have a change of heart and a desire to do so. It is not your responsibility to bring them back to church. They will only do it if they choose to. However, you continuing the faith and being true to the covenants you've made will be a positive example to them. With hope, they will see that what they have taught you has influenced you and made you happy. They may wish to partake of that again.

I'm hoping that during these type of climates you're wearing "a wee bit' more than just garments.

I've never seen God spelled any other way than G-O-D in the scriptures. I couldn't care less if ancient people agree with me or not.

People lie on the internet?? No way!! If he's not doing anything illegal or immoral then I'm not sure he's in the wrong. The people he talks to have a responsibility to use common sense and caution.

It's unfortunate, but I think it was the right decision. He's never hit anyone with a pitch, but what if he did? A 40 mph fastball from a 9 yr old is probably equivalent to a 99-100 mph fastball in the majors. The league has other kids to think about. If the kid is that good he may be better off playing with older kids. He'd still dominate, but the batters wouldn't be in as much danger.

Filled? I only know of a couple instances in the scriptures where a person or persons were translated, and I don't know of anyone personally who was chosen to be translated. For us commonfolk, what I said about receiving new trials after conquering old ones is true.

The definition of "full tithe" is between a person and the Lord. He knows what would be considered a full tithe, and she should consult Him. If she pays a full tithe on her income she is a full tithe payer. She is not held accountable for the spouse not paying a full tithe.
