Its a buyers market out there now. You can get homes, condos, townhouse for very little, but get them inspected, there can be many costly expensie, can u afford them??? Gettinhg a loan today is not easy you have to have very good credit .buyer beware, remmeber the movie the money pit?? u dont want that for sure.

Byu Is a great school. What are u going to major in?? I guess theirs alot of pros and cons in all things but I think going to byu is a pro alot of employers hire byu graduates, and alot of companys go after byu students and put them in intern programs, and recruit Byu grads. cause they know their honest and hard working. So I say go for it. Youll get a great education if you put the work into it, and youll also grow spiritual and meet many wonderful people, and have a blast too. Just dont forget to study. haha.

Have you asked your Heavenly Father to help you???? Pray for His help, you can fast for His help, asks your family and friends for their help and prayers, and support, also get a Priesthood blessing for help. Just some suggestions.

i agree with what the others said. I know its real hard. But its not as hard as you think. Remember your a Child of God. And He loves you always. And wants the very best for you. Build up your confadence, Sorry I dont know how to use spell check lol.. Build up your Faith. Draw closer to God, in thought and deed. Remember non of us is perfect. And try to get another job where u can have Sundays off. You can do it!!

no pain in studying the gospel, no hassle. THe thing is you dont want your bf to join the church just to marry you. You want him to join cause he knows its good, cause he beleives in it. It will be awesome to see his growth on his journey as a memember and yours as well. If u can wait the yr. to get married in the temple, is probably the best way to go. It gives you both time to learn and grow together and see if this is what u really want, etc... But if you think your going to have a hard time staying chase, then its better to get married civilfirst and sealed later. Best of luck to the both of you.

i too agree with what the others have said, you should confess now, as hard as it might be, it will be harder if you put it off. And if u will not be able to go to byu as planned,so let it be. You can go to another school, and transfer to byu later if needed. Ive known people to put these matters off for yrs. and it just gets harder and harder. But if u know the church is true u will take what ever penalities u might have too. And what ever embrassement that might come. And hold your head up high,knowing u did what u had too, live thru it and grew stronger in your faith, and more closier to you Heavenly Father And Savior and their great plan of Happiness, which entails all. And more knowledgeable about the Atonement. THe Most Important thing is to have the Godhead on your side. the confessing part wont be as hard as u think. I know this elderly sister she joined the church in her 50s. 6 yrs after she joined, she made a major slip. Her background from the church she came from well they didnt beleive u had to go tothe minister that it was bewteen u and GOd. so she never went. she did the repentance steps for yrshere are other true stories like this as well.....better to pay the pentalites now then later, for we neverknow when it will be to late.
