Any of the Beach Body workouts really rock! I think someone's mentioned P90X. I love Turbo Jam, it's more dance mixed with the workout which makes it less dull.

Have you tried calling your creditors? When my husband was looking for a new job we were behind on bills but really made tithing a priority. I called the credit card companies and they lowered my interest any payments. When I called to see if I could do anything about my car loan they agreed to let me skip a month and increase the life of the loan by one month. I was surprised with all the blessings that accrued when we made tithing the most important payment. I think going over your budget with your bishop would be a good idea. He may see something you missed. Chiccam

Rachelle, Please, Please stay strong. I know now you are confused, sad and lonely but please get on your knees and ask for God to keep you strong. You can't go through this on your own and if you don't turn to God you may feel the void with the wrong things. Is this man the father of your child? Just know that Heavenly Father is just, and if you're doing what you should be doing he will provide for you. Could it be that this guy wasn't meant for you? Even you mentioned that he's on mood stabalizers, is he Bipolar? He could be in a manic phase and may end up doing the same thing to this new women. God could be protecting you from long painful path. It's hard to see beyond now. I'm going through a difficult time as well and everyday gets better. You may surprise yourself at how strong you actually are.

My local ARP meetings allows sponsors. It may be up to the individual meeting leader. He actually made the suggestion that everyone in the group should have one. Not to mention you should be able to call your Director at anytime for help. Flyfisher-My sponsor actually just left her NA because she couldn't mention God. It may be just a Utah thing seriously (lived there 24 years). The thing about the church being liable is a crock. You need someone who has been where you are to help you through. Of course the Lord is best but when your're on the verge on going back to your addiction, he's not what you're thinking about. I'm interested to know how it goes. My director started the program in this state and kind of does things his way.

Hi! I'm a mother to 2 beautiful boys. I recently seperated from my husband and find myself doing much soul searching. Through all of this I'm completely dependant upon Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I pray that I might learn from all of you and hopefully pitch in some advice as well. Chiccam

I agree with Rachelle that he's now trying to control you and still cause you pain. Using the children (who you love most) to get to you. Do not look at him, no matter what. Rachelle again hit it right on. Not only does he want to see that he can still cause you pain, he wants to take back your power (now that he's not a daily part of your life). I have a restraining order agaisn't my husband and I made the mistake of looking at him in court and I thought I was strong but wow, I felt like all the work I had done on myself went out the window with one soul sucking glare from him. Hold strong, let the Lord carry you through this! He is your rock!
