  1. The information in this thread has given me a desire to further research the importance of pollination. Thanks to all Styln
  2. I like it black, untainted, hot, and many cups per day. I feel no spiritual remorse for such a pleasant activity, supping the flavor of Godly creation "The Coffee Bean" Hopefully I have not offended anyone. I guess I don't understand why a person would not drink tea or coffee for religious reasons. Styln
  3. Interesting; you speak of eternal marriage? Does that mean that married couples either married in the LDS temple or sealed by it shall be blessed with carrying their earthly marriage forward into eternal life into heaven? Styln
  4. Thank you for sharing the link Styln
  5. Is there LDS in Manitoba ? Pardon my lack of knowledge. Styln
  6. Although this is an old thread, it is new to me. Being new here, I have a lot of catching up to do. Christmas seems to lift up the non-believing people in a peculiar way. The coming Santa Claus marching in the minds of the young is spectacular. Watching the general public in shopping malls is interesting. Jingle Jangle, boxes, and toys. I guess for the consumer saturated population it is what it is for them in the world. Christmas for me is a time to reflect on the Christmas message, the coming of the Saviour. A time to fellowship with family, friends, and neighbors. I am interested to learn if LDS heritage recognizes "Old Christmas" on January 6th ? Old Calendar. Styln
  7. Friendly Manitoba is the Provincial motto. Never been to Spirit Springs. Thank you for the reply. Styln
  8. Your question has raised some terrific replies. Replying with a question to your question may not be best but - does the Lord not teach us how to pray? i.e the Lord's Prayer? Speaking the words "Our Father, Who Art in Heaven".... Is this not the method of communicating with our Heavenly Host? A healthy prayer life is essential. Shall we all pray to God in a like-minded way regardless of any differences in denominations? Enjoying the Blessings of God Styln
