So he called one of His angels and sent the angel to Earth for a time. When he returned, he told God, "Yes, it is bad on Earth; 95% are misbehaving and only 5% are not." God thought for a moment and said, "Maybe I had better send down a second angel to get another opinion." So God called another angel and sent him to Earth for a time too. When the angel returned he went to God and said, "Yes, it's true. The Earth is in decline; 95% are misbehaving, but 5% are being good." God was not pleased. So He decided to e-mail the 5% that were good, because He wanted to encourage them. Give them a little something to help them keep going. Do you know what the e-mail said? | | | | | | | | | Okay, just wondering; I didn't get one either... Quote

While I do enjoy Traveler's posts and how they are always subjects that make u think a little I have not heard that the LDS church is "legal" in Saudi. It may be practiced there and if so it is "underground". I spent a good deal of time there and never even caught the scent of anything LDS. If Traveler can show a shred of evidence to back his statement up then awsome! If not, oh well. But calling people "disgusting"? Thats just in poor taste. Judge Judy! Quote
yaanufs Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 My wife and I are British but we currently live in the US. I have to keep reminding my wife that 'heck' (she does not substitute heck, she uses the unadulterated word) is not a word you use around our polite LDS brothers and sisters Heck (full word) has very little meaning in the UK and is used regularly by most people. As is 'darn' (unadulterated version) for that matter. Quote
