BDRichardson Posted January 12, 2010 Author Report Posted January 12, 2010 ozzy: Thanks, I am. JudoMinja: The Princess Bride. Yes! Many quotables in that. From MPHG I only ever say "I'm not dead yet." Well, I guess there are others, too, I guess (averting my eyes and quickly changing the subject). Honor: That's an interesting likening of the scriptures. Ahem. Very interesting. I guess it must be true then, 'cause I read it. I'm telling... theoriginal: I did know my father (kudos), however: I never learned to read! I'll pay one million dollars to the one who gets that one. (Crossing fingers). Later, BDR Quote
beefche Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 I'm not worthy, Bruce, to answer that question. Quote
BDRichardson Posted January 12, 2010 Author Report Posted January 12, 2010 Ok, beefy. Here you go... Quote
BDRichardson Posted January 12, 2010 Author Report Posted January 12, 2010 So how does one find their laughs and thanks? That's a nice little feature... And can I turn off the menu at the bottom? I sped read the FAQs & didn't see anything... Quote
Honor Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 If you can turn the menu bar off, it's news to me. I don't think you can. The Thanks and Laughs are buttons at the bottom right hand corner of each individual post. Quote
BDRichardson Posted January 12, 2010 Author Report Posted January 12, 2010 I've used the thanks and laugh buttons, but my stats say I've been thanked. If I wanted to find when/how/who thanked/laughed, how would I do that? Quote
beefche Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 Go to Search. You can search all thanks or all laughs. It isn't individualized, unfortunately. So you'll have to scroll thru all of them. After the first 10 or so, I stopped trying to find them. I just assume everyone thanks me and laughs at me. Quote
Bini Posted January 12, 2010 Report Posted January 12, 2010 Just read this thread and LOL. Welcome aboard, Bruce! Quote
BDRichardson Posted January 12, 2010 Author Report Posted January 12, 2010 (edited) Thanks. I'm glad you L'd. "It makes me feel better. About myself." Any takers on that one? BDR P.S. Crike! I shouldn't be quoting "that kind" of movie. <--- I guess that's a hint, too. P.S.S. May not be a direct quote, not sure. Edited January 12, 2010 by BDRichardson uncertainty Quote
