Hello friends,

I will be interested to find out what my fellow believers in Christ have to say about their chosen religion. I have read much of your literature and have many questions on what has been written in your theology, how you defend it, and where you believe your beliefs will lead you.

Your brother in Christ,

Joseph

Hi Bensalem.

A word of clarification. This forum is not here to defend our faith. We don't allow church criticism, attacks, or 'anti' material here. We're here to explain what we believe and why - not defend it from people trying to establish issues.

If you're looking for someone to defend our faith, take a look at Mormon Apologetics & Discussion Board.

So basically, feel free to pose your questions. We'll answer them. If you accept our answers (whether you personally think they're good answers or not), then you're fine. If you challenge our answers and try to establish your points, well, I love a good debate too, but you can't have that debate here - take it to Mormon Apologetics.

Welcome!

Okay, thanks for the heads up. I will replace "how you defend it" with "how you present it".

What can I do but except your answers. Please don't think I came here to convert you away from the truth that you have. Really, I only want to discuss the theology.

Hi and welcome. I like your avatar and name... bensalem :). I hope you enjoy the forum

Thank you. I forget where I found the image and as you may know ben-salem means son of peace. I was surprised to find it was still available.

Isn't Bensalem also the name of a town in Pennsylvania?
