My 3rd great-grandparents were in one of the later companies out of Nauvoo -- so the Church is in my blood. Reading The Work and the Glory is like reading my own family history.I'm a scuba instructor and avid ocean and cave diver. I gained a much deeper appreciation for the sacrifices, hardships & work that the early members of the church went through of which we benefit so greatly from.
