The longer we have smoked, more the part of our body will have to overcome to return to a more natural, healthier state. Quote

By stop smoking you will feel you have good breathing power and you can easily breath. 2. Your teeths will be more whiten by quitting smoking. 3. You will feel that you skin looking more younger after stop smoking. 4. You also have less stress on you mind after quitting the smoking.

They need motivation and self determination. Smoking is worst thing that adults and kids do with their bodies. Quit it for living a happy life. Quote
