Its true that body has amazing recuperative abilities.we must stop smoking, because our body will show some immediate improvement as it adjusts to no longer having to smoking and its effects. The longer we have smoked, more the part of our body will have to overcome to return to a more natural, healthier state.

If one wants to live long & healthy life, then, that person must quit smoking habit. Chain smoking severely harms lungs, intestines & reduces life.

Giving up smoking has good effects on the health and fitness and improve our health.

But it is very difficult for a regular smoker to give up the smoking.

The biggest benefit of quitting smoking is that we can live healthy life and can prevent from many dangerous disease. So i suggest everyone to quit smoking before its to late. Anyway nice discussion and all posts are informative.

There are many benefits of quitting the smoking. I can list all of them but here are some which are main benefits.

1. By stop smoking you will feel you have good breathing power and you can easily breath.

2. Your teeths will be more whiten by quitting smoking.

3. You will feel that you skin looking more younger after stop smoking.

4. You also have less stress on you mind after quitting the smoking.

Obviously smokers know about the impacts of smoking. But unfortunately the no. of smokers increase day by day. They need motivation and self determination. Smoking is worst thing that adults and kids do with their bodies. Quit it for living a happy life.
