She was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and received the blessing of the Holy Ghost to guide her throughout her life. She had a grin on her face from morning to night, even has she was being dunked into the waters of baptism by her father.I am so proud of my little lady and her choice to follow the Savior.She looked like a little princess in her white dress and just glowed throughout her baptism program (she had some special friends of her sing her favorite Children's hymn about Baptism, and her maternal Grandpa and paternal Grandma each spoke to her about Baptism (by water) and the Holy Ghost (baptism by Fire). Her white dress was made from my wedding dress. The dress she wore as an infant for her blessing had also been made from my dress. She loved looking like a little mini bride, all pure and white. The dress she wore was my grandmother's dress when she was a baby. That's even more special considering that my grandmother was adopted at the age of two, and this dress (and a photograph of her wearing it) pre-date that adoption.
