sxfritz Posted November 15, 2014 Report Posted November 15, 2014 Hi, I'm new here, but a 30 year convert to the Church. Friends have recommended this site a great resource for information outside of LDS.org. I've viewed some forum discussions and feel I can add some perspective from a happy convert who still has eyes wide open. I enjoy travel and writing. Not writing about travel, but hey there's an idea. Quote

sxfritz Posted November 16, 2014 Author Report Posted November 16, 2014 Hi, sxfritz. Your forum name sounds a bit German. Fischers Fritz fischt frische Fische. (Fisher's Fritz is fishing fresh fishes.)I probably have less German in me than any other ethnicity. I am mostly Irish and Scottish. But, I have done my family line back on my father's German side into two generations in Europe. Quote
PolarVortex Posted November 16, 2014 Report Posted November 16, 2014 Hi, sxfritz. Your forum name sounds a bit German. Fischers Fritz fischt frische Fische. (Fisher's Fritz is fishing fresh fishes.) That's a good one. My favorite is Zwischen zwei Zwetschgenzweigen zwitschern zwei zwitschernde Schwalben. Anyway, welcome to sxfritz. I am a convert, too, but more like 20 years. Just today some missionaries on Temple Square texted me to see how I was doing (really). Quote
