JojoBag Posted December 5, 2015 Report Posted December 5, 2015 Unless you chose to purchase a handgun other then Glock. Then you should be running around and freaking out. :) Glock 17: No. 1 gun. The 9mm is the most versatile round out there. In a study of 20 years of NYC police shootings, it was found that the caliber of the bullet had no appreciable bearing on stopping a suspect. About 98% of the time, it was shot placement that stopped the suspect. The 9mm is plentiful since it is NATO universal and when placed on target, will stop the perp. About the only exceptions to this are the magnum rounds: .357, .41, and .44. LeSellers 1 Quote
Guest Posted December 5, 2015 Report Posted December 5, 2015 (edited) I'll see your slugs and raise you .308...from 100+ yards.... I'll raise you a Browning 30-06 at 200 yards. I've only fired it at 200 yards. So I don't know if I can do well at a farther distance or not. Edited December 5, 2015 by Guest Quote
