susieSA
Two heaped cups of patience, One heartful of love, Two handfuls of generosity, One headful of understanding and a dash of humour, Sprinkle with kindness, add plenty of faith and mix well. Spread over a period of a lifetime and serve to everyone you meet.

siouxz72
Another good thing to keep in mind about Happiness is that we always have the choice of how we're going to react to any situation that is thrown at us. Happy is something that I choose to be every day. I can choose to be loving and forgiving of those around me or I can choose to be mean and unforgiving. Look at my glass as half empty or half full. And, really, wouldn't we all rather be around people that are rays of sunshine in our lives?! That's what I though!
Josie
I find my happiness through faith. I mean faith in Jesus Christ and knowing when I have done all that I can, He will take care of the rest. I am not perfect at this yet, but I have found much happiness in working toward that goal. It was an eye-opener for me.This is going to sound really silly, but the song reminds me of when I was 17 through about 20, and every morning I would watch Captain Kangaroo to get my day started. lol I just loved the theme song. I know how silly thats sounds, but it touched that chlid in me and my day started with: "Good morning, Captain, let's come on out and play! Good morning, Captain, it's going to be a perfect day! " (Man, I am never going to hear the end of this!) It really made for a bright start to my day.Anyway, I'm putting this song in the YouTube thread in case people missed it here.
